In the workshop, JOERG shear lines hold silicon steel burrs below 0.02 mm, and we use Japanese grain-oriented high-permeability steel to keep core losses and noise low from the very first cut. High-voltage windings are wound on automatic machines; low-voltage foil windings get automatic foil winding with argon-shielded welding – that ensures low resistance and high conductivity. We also hold patents on winding processing devices and methods, which adapt to different winding sizes and even clean themselves during production.
Every transformer type has passed full type tests – including short-circuit withstand – at China’s national transformer quality supervision centre. Beyond that, we carry KEMA, CESI, ASTA, and CE certifications. So whether your market follows IEC, GOST, or ANSI, our test reports already satisfy local grid entry requirements. That saves you the usual weeks of extra paperwork, translation, and surprise re-testing fees.
