Premium Core Material for Ultra-Low Losses: We utilize high-grade 30Q120 oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets for the magnetic core. The core features a fully inclined lap joint structure (fully mitered joints), which significantly reduces magnetic resistance and ensures minimal no-load losses.
Advanced Winding Technology: The windings are crafted from high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors. We offer two optimized winding configurations—double winding and split winding structures—tailored to specific rectification needs. This design enhances short-circuit impedance stability and mechanical strength.
